Данный термин включает в себя планирование и управление сервисами, предоставляемыми зрителям с билетами и аккредитованным лицам. К обязанностям в данной сфере относятся прогнозирование зрительского наплыва в пределах огражденной территории объектов, проверка билетов, рассаживание по местам, услуги бюро находок, управление людскими потоками и предоставление информации. ОКОИ может учредить функциональное подразделение, занимающееся всеми аспектами обслуживания мероприятий.
